Returns & Refunds

What is your return and refund policy?

Because our authentic Asian sauces and seasonings are consumable food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items purchased in error or due to a change of mind. However, your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will gladly issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

How do I start a refund request?

Please email us at youjia@youjiaflavors.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect items. Our team will review your request and process your refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Can I return products bought at a physical supermarket?

If you purchased Youjia Flavors products at one of our retail partners (such as T&T, Walmart, Maxi, or local markets), please process your return or exchange directly with that specific store according to their individual return and customer service policies.

How should I store my sauces and seasonings?

For the best flavor and freshness, we recommend storing our sauces in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight before opening. Once opened, please keep them refrigerated and consume them within the timeframe listed on the label.
