Due to the nature of our food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
The only exception is if your product arrives damaged, such as a broken bottle or broken packaging that affects the product.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.
To help us process your request, please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged product
- Clear photos of the shipping box and packaging
Once we review the information, we may offer a replacement or another appropriate solution.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong product
- Personal taste preference
- Products that have been opened or used
- Products without visible damage upon delivery
